Our approach to trust
Rampant Resources is building career architecture for Australian professionals with privacy, transparency, and system integrity at the centre. Trust is treated as infrastructure — not marketing — and our platform is designed to keep candidate, employer, and intelligence data appropriately separated, scoped, and auditable.
Privacy & candidate data
Candidate information is collected to power profile, resume, and matching intelligence. Access is scoped to the candidate that owns it and to a small number of admin operators with a legitimate business need. We avoid surfacing data outside the workflows that require it, and we do not sell candidate data.
AI transparency
RR uses AI-assisted analysis with deterministic-first safeguards and reviewable outputs. AI helps structure resumes, surface fit signals, and explain matches — it does not make final employment decisions. Outputs are designed to be auditable, explainable, and overridable by human reviewers.
Embedding & vector protection
The internal vector representations used by our matching and intelligence systems are treated as protected platform data. They are not exposed to candidates, employers, or public visitors, and they are restricted at the database layer to server-side, service-role processes.
Admin access & auditability
Privileged operations — candidate status overrides, banned-until controls, safe profile resets, integration configuration — are admin-gated, written through provider-native APIs where applicable, and recorded as audit events. Raw database errors are not surfaced to the client; admins see safe, generic messages while server-side diagnostics are retained for review.
Secure integrations
External integrations are status-aware: the platform only reports an integration as ready when the provider-required configuration is actually present. We do not fake readiness. Microsoft Graph / Outlook setup, for example, exposes a configuration surface for administrators but does not claim live delivery unless the underlying credentials are configured.

RR is designed to support candidates with structured, fair, and transparent career intelligence — not black-box job-board noise. Our north star is a career platform where signals are explainable, edges are deterministic where they should be, and humans remain in control of consequential decisions.
